Need a transcript from Anzar High School? Current and former students may request official or unofficial transcripts by using the form below. Please review the options and instructions carefully before submitting your request.

Official Transcript Requests:

Complete the Transcript Request form and mail it to the address listed below.

Please include:

• Payment in cash or a check for the appropriate amount (based on the number of transcripts requested)
• A self-addressed stamped envelope for each transcript, or include the cost of the current postage.

If you need an unofficial, unsigned copy, you may email your request to Tbozarth@asjusd.org

In-Person Requests:

You may also request a transcript in person at the school office during regular business hours (8AM - 4PM).

Please Note: Processing times may vary depending on the number of requests received and whether all required materials are included.
